Returns:

Timeframe: You must initiate a return within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Process:
On the day your order is delivered, please notify us of your intent to return the item, along with any supporting images or videos, by emailing us at info@note95.in. Our team will review your request and offer further guidance on the return process.

Shipping:
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

Exchanges:

Timeframe: You have 4 days from the delivery date to initiate an exchange.

Process:
Similar to returns, notify us of your exchange request on the delivery day with supporting visuals (images/videos) sent to info@note95.in.
We will guide you through the exchange process once your request has been reviewed.

Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the shipping charges associated with the exchange.

Note95 management holds the right to assess and decide the eligibility of any return or exchange request based on the submitted evidence.

Condition:
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
