On the day your order is delivered, please notify us of your intent to return the item, along with any supporting images or videos, by emailing us at info@note95.in. Our team will review your request and offer further guidance on the return process.

Shipping:
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

Exchanges:

Timeframe: You have 4 days from the delivery date to initiate an exchange.

Process:
Similar to returns, notify us of your exchange request on the delivery day with supporting visuals (images/videos) sent to info@note95.in.
We will guide you through the exchange process once your request has been reviewed.

Shipping:
